So you want your main background image of your website to stretch so that if someone uses it on a large display it won’t look funny at the edges.

Resolution

This resolution may require Weaver Ii Pro, so sorry if you just have the free version of the Weaver II theme.

Select:

Appearance | Weaver II Pro Admin | Advanced Options | Background Images

In the “Background Images” section look at the top of the list of options for:

Full Screen Site BG Image:

You need to click on the icon to add the image:

Result

Now you have a background image that resizes to your browser window. In addition as the page scrolls down the image stays at the top of the page so your image does not need to be as long as the page !

Note

Be careful to remove the background if you have defined one under the main WordPress options:
